FIELD: physics, control.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway automation and telemechanics, specifically to systems for controlling train movement. A two-channel system for controlling train movement comprises two control channels, two microprocessors, a power supply unit, a wired-in check unit, an interfacing unit and electro-pneumatic valve windings. Control outputs of the first microprocessor are connected through the first decoupling resistors to control inputs of the second microprocessor, and control outputs of the second microprocessor are connected through decoupling resistors to control inputs of the first microprocessor. Furthermore, each microprocessor comprises at least one internal timer and one analogue-to-digital converter with an interface for alternate connection to the power supply unit and control outputs of the microprocessor of its control channel.
EFFECT: high reliability of the two-channel system for controlling train movement without deterioration of the security level thereof.
