SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medical equipment, namely orthopaedic devices used to enable remission of ankle, foot, tibial injuries, as well as to devices to relieve foot movement or long standing. An orthopaedic apparatus comprises constructive elements designed for optimum transfer of bearing foot loading. The apparatus comprises a support plate that consists of front forward and back pivotally connected halves. Elastic bending rod elements are attached to said plate. With their opposite ends they are fastened to a clamp used to cover a foot within lower knee. Besides, the complete set of the apparatus includes a cuff for ankle, connected by elastic extensions to said elastic rods.

EFFECT: invention provides more effective reduction of bearing foot and shin loading within adjustable zero to full values.
