METHOD OF PRODUCING OINTMENT FOR SKIN DECEASE TREATMENT Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC A61K9/06 A61K35/30 A61K35/28 A61K35/12 A61P17/02

Abstract RU 2372072 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmacology, namely, to method of producing ointment intended for treatment of skin deceases. Proposed method consists in that bone marrow, spinal marrow and brain of swine, cow, sheep and reindeer, as well as chicken and quail yolks are mixed in the ratio of 10 to 30 % by weight with half the volume of distilled water in mixer. Resultant mix is divided into four equal parts. One part is boiled with back-flow condenser in atmosphere of nitrogen or carbon dioxide with 2 to 3%-hydrochloric acid to produce amine nitrogen 500 to 600 mg%; second part is boiled with back-flow condenser with 1 to 2% of lithium hydroxide, or potassium hydroxide, or sodium hydroxide, or mixes thereof in atmosphere of nitrogen to produce amine nitrogen 500 to 600 mg%. Crystalline trypsin is added to third part to 1% to perform hydrolysis at 37 to 40°C and pH 8.0 to 8.5 amine nitrogen 500 to 600 mg%. Bacteriological papainase is added to forth part to 1% to perform hydrolysis at 37 to 50°C and pH 6.0 to 8.0 amine nitrogen 500 to 600 mg%. After hydrolysis is over, aforesaid mixes are combined to reach pH 4.5 to 4.7 and boiled for 30 to 40 minutes. Now, the mixes are cooled to 5 to 10°C and filtered. Preservation mix is added to sediment containing 35 to 45% of lipids and mixed up.

EFFECT: production of ointment to be used with known preparations.
