FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of construction materials and may be used to strengthen soils of motor and railway road foundations, for arrangement of residential and civil buildings foundations, to produce cellular concretes, and also to reinforce dumps of finely dispersed industrial wastes of mining and other enterprises. Binder containing slag of non-ferrous metallurgy, liquid glass and filler, contains copper melt as non-ferrous metallurgy slag, tailings of copper-pyrite ores enrichment as filler, liquid glass - with density of 1.18-1.23 g/cm3 and additionally - technical lignosulphonate and steel-smelting slag, at the following ratio of components, wt %: copper melt slag 48.0-74.0, mentioned liquid glass 6.0-9.0, technical lignosulphonate 0.1-0.4, steelsmelting slag 1.8-3.6, mentioned tailings - the rest.
EFFECT: improved strength, hardening speed, water and frost resistance.
