FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is related to stop and control valves, in particular to valves of stop and control pipeline facilities, which are used for control of transported medium flow, and may be used to control flow of gas in technological piping of gas or gas-condensate well, in gas pipeline, at compressor station, in gas storages. Control valve comprises vessel with central channel, with cage lock unit installed in it, with supply and drain nozzles and combined drive mechanism. Combined drive mechanism consists of two drive mechanisms of unidirectional action and one mechanism of counterdirectional action. Cage stop unit comprises cartridge with throughput holes and throttle gate. Cartridge is made of hard-alloy material. Throttle gate is installed with the possibility to close throughput openings of cartridge, is arranged in the form of cup, internal surface of which is protected with highly strong layer, which is congruent to its shape, and is connected to stem. Stem is connected to shaft by means of coupling. Drive mechanisms are mounted on shaft with the possibility of autonomous action. One of mechanisms is arranged as pneumatic, the other one is mechanical or manual, and the third one, which complements them, is arranged in the form of automatic mechanism of shaft reciprocal motions, which are counterdirectional to any of mentioned drive mechanisms of unidirectional action. On valve body the following components are mounted serially with shaft enclosure - body of shaft reciprocal motion mechanism, pneumatic drive mechanism, mechanical or manual drive mechanism. Pneumatic drive mechanism is arranged in the form of membrane chamber, having membrane installed on rigid disk. Disk is rigidly fixed on shaft. Mechanical or manual driving mechanism is equipped with converter of rotary motion into reciprocal motion of shaft, is mounted with the possibility of shaft autonomous displacement without transfer of rotary motion to it in direction of valve opening-closing and is communicated to mechanism of shaft reciprocal motions with the possibility of automatic closure of cartridge throughput holes by throttle gate with rotation of mechanical or manual drive mechanism that permits such motion and duplicates pneumatic one. There is version of control valve design.

EFFECT: increased working allowances in manufacturing and provision of stable operation of device in wide range of positive and negative temperatures in various climatic conditions, simplified kinematics of drive and its application in any operational conditions, when it is necessary to involve duplicating drive mechanism.
