FIELD: engineering industry.
SUBSTANCE: device includes housing in which there installed with possibility of cutting off or controlled passage of movable medium is its working member having a drive. Drive is made so that it contains not less than one power element of stock type, which is connected to working member, to which there connected with possibility of being brought automatically or combinatorially into working movement having coinciding direction vector are the latter of not less than two drive mechanisms. Drive mechanisms are combined in a combinatorial manner or independently with drive mechanism of back stock motion, which is common for them and connected to the same power element. One of drive mechanisms is manual or mechanical and has converter of rotational movement of drive mechanism to forward movement of stock. Converter is made in the form of pin with through longitudinal cylindrical channel and consists of tree support parts - screw one, engaging one with sliding along the specified length and thrust one for providing the possibility of perception of rotational movement from element of manual or mechanical drive mechanism, its conversion into screw one and transmission of forward constituent of the latter to the stock.
EFFECT: reduction of material consumption, power consumption and working hours required for fabrication of drive at simultaneous improvement of its operating properties.
