FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fluid-medium transportation pipelines. In operation, pipeline is drilled and guide device with first pipe section is entered into bored hole at an angle to pipeline lengthwise axis, aforesaid section having curvilinear chute-like extension. The latter, when introduced into bores hole, abuts on pipeline wall opposite aforesaid bored hole. Working tool is forced by air-operated or liquid-operated cylinder into pipeline through bored hole. Proposed invention allows inspecting inner surfaces of pipeline, determining degree of fouling or cleaning and repairing pipeline, if required.
