FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: armature is installed between levers with indenter. Required gap of indenter insertion depth is set with controllable limiters. Compression force is applied by means of mentioned levers. Indenter is inserted into armature with the possibility to measure force required for insertion of indenter in armature, indicator readings are compared on stressed and non-stressed armature, which are used to make a conclusion about extent of armature tension.

EFFECT: development of simpler and faster method.
