FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to plastic surgery and cosmetology. In the soft tissues of the face, surgical sutures are inserted through the skin punctures, such as threads with oppositely directed notches, and ends of the threads are buried in the soft tissues of the frontal region and nose. First two threads are introduced, one of the points in the frontal region is 1.0 cm on the right and the other one is 1.0 cm to the left of the median line at the border of the scalp, implanted without cartilage damage to the nasal tip subcutaneously with crossing in the high nasal artery. Thereafter, a second pair of threads is inserted into the same points, one suture is implanted subcutaneously along a line of the medial edge of the eyebrow, another thread along the lateral line of the nasal dorsum, ends of the threads are brought out to the surface and recessed towards the medial part of the eyebrow, thus creating additional fixation of the threads with possibility of lifting soft tissues in medial area of eye socket. That is followed by lifting soft tissues in the nasal artery, for which points within the scalp, which are 2 cm from the border of the scalp and one of which is 2 cm to the right of the median line, and other is 2 cm to the left of the median line, into each point the third pair of threads is implanted. One suture is delivered laterally along the nasal arch to the boundary of the bone portion of the nose in the cartilaginous part of the nose, the second suture is directed towards the medial edge of the opposite eyebrow, the filament ends are buried in the soft tissues towards the centre of the corresponding eyebrow, creating additional fixation and lifting of the soft forehead tissues. Thereafter, the fourth two threads are introduced and fixed in opposite directions from the points in the area of the fossa of the nose wing on one side along the edge of the nostrils and the base of the nasal arch to the fossa of the fissure of the nose on the other side.
EFFECT: method enables injury-safe correction of the dorsum's back and wings.
