FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment representing orthopaedic dentistry, and can be used in manufacturing of cylindrical and conical implants of biocompatible metals for tooth replacement. A dental implant with osteointegration structure of intrabone surface is cylindrical and has structural elements for osteointegration on the surface of intrabone part. Said structural osteointegration elements are represented with recesses and flanges formed by two helical grooves of triangular profile turned to each other to form flanges that in the middle comprise blind holes of diametre and depth equal to width of helical grooves.
EFFECT: surface of intrabone part of the implant is characterised with higher area of actual contact to walls of the bone bed, provides rapid osteointegration and accelerated engraftment in surrounding bone tissue.
