FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, and can be used in making cylindrical and conical implants for tooth replacements. The intrabone osteointegrated implant for tooth replacement is represented in the form of a cylinder and has structural osteointegration elements on a surface of an intrabone portion. The structural osteointegration elements represent macronotches and macroprojections which are formed by sockets partially overlapping each other and having the same diameter and depth. The whole surface of the intrabone portion is coated with a microporous layer of bioactive ceramics.
EFFECT: provided higher bone fixation strength of the implant at various engraftment stages.
