FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: implant is produced as cylinder having hemispherical apical channel and dead grooves spaced over the surface shaped as 4- faced pyramid (macroretention members). Their base is rhombus and the axis is directed in perpendicular to implant cylinder axis. The whole implant surface is additionally treated with sand blaster for making it rough (microphotography) to increase total contact interaction area with bone.
