SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely preparations and processing techniques for the surface of heart valve prosthesis to eliminate possibility to form calcium salt layers thereon and can be used in cardiosurgery. There is offered preparation composition selected for anti-calcium filming on the surface of heart valve prosthesis.

EFFECT: method of stage-to-stage processing of the surface of heart valve prosthesis with specially selected preparation composition allows improving efficiency and time of functioning in an organism of such heart valve prosthesis due to elimination of possibility to form calcium deposit on its surface, increasing its mechanical strength and maintaining its high elasticity owing to elastic filming of offered preparation composition on its surface and developed surface processing technique and increasing age of each patient.
