FIELD: medicine; cardiovascular surgery.
SUBSTANCE: graft processing method includes cleaning the graft and applying a polyelectrolyte coating, while cleaning is carried out by a hybrid method by preliminary exposure to an aqueous 1% SDS solution saturated with carbon dioxide in an autoclave at a temperature of 39°C and a pressure of 20 MPa for 1 hour, followed by treatment in solution of supercritical carbon dioxide with a small additive equal to 1 vol.%, three-component solution: 2% of Tween-80, 20% of ethyl alcohol, 78% of water, in an autoclave at a temperature of 39°C and a pressure of 15 MPa for 1 hour, and the coating is carried out sequentially by the direct method in three stages from a) 0.8% solution of chitosan in water, b) 0.1% solution of an antimicrobial agent in water saturated with carbon dioxide, under pressure, c) 0.5% solution of hyaluronic acid in water saturated with carbon dioxide, under pressure.
EFFECT: invention provides non-immunogenic biological valve prostheses resistant to calcification and having antimicrobial properties.
