FIELD: construction, road engineering.

SUBSTANCE: inventions are related to the field of construction and operation of street and road networks, and also to facilities and methods for complex diagnostics of operational indices of road engineering objects and organisation of monitoring over their technical-operational condition on a real time basis. According to the method, road object parametres are monitored by displacement of control and measurement system along road bed 8 with facility for coordinate affixment of measurement results and with functional complex on the basis of at least one optoelectronic component. Mentioned system is installed on transport vehicle (TV) 1 with application of vibroinsulated base, and outlet channels of its subsystems are organised in a commutation manner together with board computer complex 2. As vibroinsulated base they use frame 5 installed above TV1 with an optical bed plate (OBP). Control and measurement system is formed as multi-profile. For this purpose functional complex comprises at least the following: subsystem for measurement of transverse evenness of road carpet surface, which is used to build a three-dimensional microprofile of mentioned surface in transverse direction, for this purpose this subsystem is organised on the basis of three-dimensional chamber 16 for volume scanning and laser generator 14 in volume scanning line, which is formed across road carpet 8, at the same time chamber 16 and laser generator are spatially organised on OBP; subsystem for measurement of longitudinal evenness of road carpet surface, which is used to build microprofile of mentioned surface in longitudinal direction, for this purpose this subsystem is organised on the basis of three-dimensional chamber 16 for volume scanning and two detectors of OBP acceleration, which are spatially organised on OBP in the area of chamber 16. Scanning of researched object in the area of laser line is carried out by means of scanning chamber 16, which is common for both subsystems.

EFFECT: enlarged zone of road object control, improved efficiency of complex monitoring with provision of controlled accuracy and validity of measurement results.
