FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment, and namely to determination of evenness properties of a road pavement surface. Unlike known control methods of irregularities of a road pavement profile, and according to the proposed invention, quality of road pavement is determined as per vibration characteristics of moving automobile transport. The method consists in creation of a reference base of evenness parameters of road pavement at the road commissioning stage, for which characteristics of vibration actions of road pavement irregularities are used with regard to a measurement point of a satellite positioning system; monitoring of the state of the road pavement is performed during road operation by recording parameters of vibration actions of irregularities of the road pavement; data of test vibration measurements at similar points of the road are used in regression forecasting models to determine road operating life.

EFFECT: improvement of measurement quality.
