FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method consists in the following. Road object parameters are monitored by movement of registration-measurement system (RMS) along road bed (with optical component on the basis of light-sensitive rulers). Mentioned RMS is installed on basic transport facility (BTF) 1, and its outlet channels are functionally connected to board computer complex 2. Mentioned BTF1 is equipped with board power plant 4 and frame 5 installed under BTF1 for assembly of functional means of RMS optical component. Mentioned RMS is formed as complex and consists of at least the following components: subsystem for registration of defects in carriage way of road object and elements of its development (functionally being a facility for two-dimensional assessment of mentioned defects and development elements), including linear scanning chamber 10; subsystem for registration of road object development status (functionally being a facility for assessment of development elements status at the right, left and top from trajectory of basic transport facility 1 motion), including at least two linear chambers 12 of side scanning, which are installed on frame 5. At least one of mentioned subsystems is equipped with facility 20 for local lighting of road object elements under conditions of illumination that do not meet specified illumination parameters. Facility 20 is organised with the possibility to form lenses of mentioned linear light beam scanning chambers 10, 12 in field of view with geometry of cross section in the form of strip. Width of lane is calculated provided that blinding effect is excluded in the moment of traffic participants crossing this lane.

EFFECT: inventions may be used for complex diagnostics of road engineering objects and organisation of monitoring over their operational status on a real time basis.
