FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to stretching devices. The stretching device consists of base (10) with tooth part (91), of pivot lever (20) conjugated with base and designed to turn, of pulley (50) rotating on pivot lever (20), of spring (30) located between base and pivot lever to press pivot lever in the first direction and of mechanism on pivot lever. The mechanism is conjugated with the base and has rotating tooth element (90) and the second spring (31) coupled with the tooth element and the pivot lever. The second spring (31) presses the pivot lever in the first direction. Tooth element (90) is equipped with part (92) without teeth; when this part conjugates with the tooth part, it prevents considerable turn of the pivot lever in the direction reverse to the first direction.
EFFECT: invention prevents travel of pivot lever in reverse direction beyond boundaries of specified range when character of load application changes.
