SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tensioning devices. Tensioning device comprises a base, shaft, adjustment device, lever, pulley, torsion spring, first damping element and second damping element and displacement element. Shaft is coupled with the base. Eccentric adjustment device is coaxially coupled with the shaft. Lever is movably coupled with the shaft. Pulley is articulated with the lever. Torsion spring is located between the lever and base. First damping element is located between the lever and base, with possibility of friction with the base. Second damping element is located between the lever and eccentric adjustment element. Displacement element is located between the first damping element and lever.
EFFECT: higher reliability is achieved.
