SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering. The tensioning device contains a base having a shaft, an adjusting element rotationally engaged inside the shaft, while the pivot arm is pivotally engaged with the outer side of the shaft, a torsion spring engaged between the base and the pivot arm, a pulley resting on the pivot arm, a pulley pivot axis B-B that is laterally offset from a pivot arm pivot axis A-A, an adjusting element configured to rotate about a fastener having a C-C axis, wherein the C-C axis is laterally offset from axis A-A, and the rotary element rotationally engaged with pivot arm.
EFFECT: rotary element in the first position allows the adjusting element to rotate about the fastener, and when the rotary element is rotated to the second position, the rotary element limits the movement of the pivot arm within a predetermined range relative to the adjusting element.
