SUBSTANCE: invention refers to testing engineering. The installation consists of a bed whereon the following is arranged: a row of kinematically connected one to another tooth wheels, claws for samples radially installed on wheels, stops for interaction with side surface of samples, drives of stops travel along axis of claws, and a lever with a load radially secured on one of the wheels. A shaft is also mounted on the bed; the wheels are arranged on the shaft so, that axis of shaft turn is perpendicular to axes of wheels; notably, the shaft is designed to turn under actuation of the lever with load; while the stops are made in form of rings.
