FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: tire cord is made of strips produced from durable aluminium alloy. In the process of manufacture of such tire strip by rolling or broaching, the strop is folded into several layers. Then the upper layer edge is welded to previous one. Tire wire is made of wire tape wound around the reel with a special self-propelled unit, near the poles, by construction segments. Then cut is immediately mounted on aforesaid poles.
EFFECT: reduced power loss, increased life and higher efficiency of power transmission.
