SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of microeletronic devices in form of microassemblies, which consist of semiconductor devices and microchips on a solid state-body, formed on a single common insulating substrate, which contains semiconductor components which are sensitive to light and are specially designed for controlling energy of electrical signals, which constitute the data stream to be processed in accordance with the operation algorithm of the microassembly.

EFFECT: wider functional capabilities of the microassembly made using the proposed method.
