FIELD: heating systems.

SUBSTANCE: invention is used for heating various media, for example in various furnaces, resistance for obtaining high temperature or in mixers for manufacturing alloys. Electric heating system includes metal flange, metal sleeve, insulation plate, metal cover plate, insulation sleeve, heating element from resistance material in the form of two strips with current leads, which is installed in cylindrical ceramic casing with high insulating properties at high temperature, which is placed, from attachment side, in protective metal sleeve resistant to mechanical effects.

EFFECT: providing high reliability and length of service life of heating elements within wide range of temperatures up to 1350°C, and increase of cosφ of power electric circuit supplying power to electric heating systems.
