FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: claimed is group of inventions, including method, system, as well as routes of exercises for determining user's age basing on their physical strength. Method of age determining presupposes doing exercises on at least one complete route of several routes. Routes contain various types of devices and/or units, connected with exercises. Routes of exercises are composed in such way that user uses their various physical abilities. User uses strength of their body muscles, body flexibility, body equilibrium and body mobility. Degree to each user uses each of their various physical abilities is applied as numerical index of done exercise volume. Combination of numerical indices values for each exercise route is different from indices for each of remaining exercise routes. Route or routes for tested person to go through is selected from 7 routes. User's age is calculated basing on time, which user spends before completing selected route or routes. Taken into account is statistical interrelation between time which is necessary for user to complete said route and real user's age. Group of inventions also includes system for determining user's age. Further claimed group of inventions includes 7 independent items of formula related to routes. Each item of formula characterises one route. System for age determining includes various types of devices connected with exercises, and computer, giving possibility to calculate user's age basing on time which user spends for completion of each chosen route.

EFFECT: claimed group of inventions makes it possible, while determining age, simultaneously to do complex muscular movements, evaluate memory, attentiveness and other brain functions, contains entertaining elements.
