FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology, orthopaedics, surgery, neurology, sports medicine. Person being tested assumes different positions. Neuromuscular testing of the person being tested is performed in occupied positions. Reflex response in the muscle-fascial chains of the person being tested is checked by equal pressure on the formed position. Obtained results are recorded. Obtained results are compared with a standard reaction sample. If there is no difference between the obtained values and the reaction norm, a conclusion is made on the effectiveness of the physical exercises and motor actions.
EFFECT: method allows increasing information content, efficiency and accuracy in determining the effectiveness of the physical exercises and motor actions by evaluating the work of the muscular fascial circuits using the principle of postural-setting provocation.
