FIELD: psychology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to psychology and medicine, in particular to body-oriented psychotherapy and health-improving gymnastics. Invention is intended for prevention, rehabilitation and treatment of people, and combating stress. Method includes performing step-by-step exercises. At first step, for 10 minutes, warming body muscles by doing warmup exercises. At second step, for 5 minutes, performing interhemispheric coordination by non-stop motion implementation in dance rhythm symmetrically - at first to right side, and then to left. At third step, for 20 minutes, performing stall exercises aimed at training of groups of muscles of upper limb girdle, upper and lower press, back, hips and buttocks, alternating with exercises for stretching, spinning and balancing body. At fourth step, for 20 minutes, with underlying static exercises, performing respiratory gymnastics, first breath-in with nose and inflated stomach for 2 seconds, then exhale with mouth for 3 seconds, pulling stomach, breath and retracted abdomen is static exercise. At fifth step, for 5 minutes, static exercises to training concentration in quiet deep breathing. At sixth step, for 5 minutes, relaxation.
EFFECT: method enhances body's resistance to stress, relieves emotional stress, undue anxiety, reduces risk of repetitive stress.
