SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to neurosurgery. Linear velocity of brain blood flow, pulse and resistive indices are measured by contact high-frequency Dopplerography intraoperationally under visual control in arteries and veins of tumor, transitive zone and surrounding unchanged brain substance before hyperventilation in case of normocapnia and after hyperventilation in case of hypocapnia. Drop of linear velocity of blood flow in veins and drop of linear velocity of blood flow with simultaneous growth of pulse and resistive indices in arteries are defined as normal cerebrovascular reactivity, and growth of linear velocity of blood flow in veins and growth of linear velocity of blood flow with simultaneous drop of pulse and resistive indices in arteries are defined as pathological cerebrovascular reactivity.

EFFECT: method allows to carry out differential diagnostics of cerebrovascular reactivity of arteries and veins of tumor, perifocal zone and surrounding brain substance.
