FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: first stage involves the introduction either into the tumour directly, or around it of colloidal 99mTc radiopharmaceuticals of the particle diametre of 200 to 1000 nm. The signal lymphatic nodes are visualised to state the fact of effective marking, and biopsy follows. In the event that after the introduction of the colloidal radiopharmaceuticals of the particle diametre of 200 to 1000 nm, a radionuclide image of the lymphatic nodes is absent, a necessity of the introduction of radiocolloids of the smaller diametre (up to 80 nm) is concluded, and radioisotopic procedure in front and side projections is conducted. Effective visualisation of the signal lymphatic nodes is followed by biopsy.
EFFECT: use of the method enables selective marking of the signal lymphatic nodes with substantially increased accuracy of marking and visualisation in the patients suffering early breast cancer.
