FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopedics. Preliminarily needle electromyography is carried out in order to determine preservation degree of forearm supinator and pronator muscles. If function of forearm rotators is preserved cut on posterior-lateral surface of upper third of forearm is carried out in projection of radial synostosis. Area of bone block between radial and ulnar bones is longitudinally dissected. Wounds surfaces of bones are covered with demineralised osteochondrous allotransplants. Between them adjacent soft tissues are embedded. In closed way interaosteal membrane is cut to lower third of forearm. Forearm is brought in position of maximal supination.
EFFECT: method restores rotational movements in joint.
