FIELD: packing.
SUBSTANCE: capping device comprises device to reveal damage and base wall with cylindrical skirt for split joint with container neck. Capping device includes also tear strip for damage detection to aforesaid skirt. Also capping device comprises multiple tabs directed inward from tear strip inner surface and intended for engagement with container neck. Note here that aforesaid tabs feature elastic and flexible attachment to strip inner surface along lines made at the angle taken counter clockwise relative to skirt axis, if seen from skirt inside. Set of invention relates also to containers furnished with damage detectors and to methods of producing capping device with damage detector.
EFFECT: capping device suitable for containers with teeth breakage indication and adapted for injection moulding.
