FIELD: nanotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the field of magnetic materials, namely to technology of nanostructure materials production from industrial pure graphite and oxides of transition metals and may be used in nanotechnology, medicine, communication, electronics, in catalytic action or during magnetic materials separation. Method is carried out in reactor 1 with second container 3 containing graphite, and first container 2 containing at least one oxide of transition metal, at that graphite and oxide are fine. First and second containers 2, 3 are arranged as close as possible, volume ratio of graphite and oxide of transition metal is about 1:1. Reaction system is closed and is under pressure with values from hard vacuum 10-7 torr to 10 atm. Process is performed in presence of inert gas delivered through inlet 5 and vacuum created through outlet 6, reactor 1, maintained at temperatures within limits of temperature of reaction beginning, about 600°C, and melting temperature of at least one oxide of transition metal by means of heating devices 4 during 6-36 hours. During decomposition induced by temperature, oxide of transition metal generates oxygen gas portion enough to induce oxidating joining of graphite and to generate pores in it, and it is restored mostly to zero degree of oxidation while graphite in the end of process represents two zones, upper of them consists of required product, porous structure with bunches, clumping and exposed edges of graphenes planes.
EFFECT: invention allows to obtain graphite material with long-term magnetic behaviour under room temperature.
