FIELD: construction, road engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to mechanized electropneumatic track tools with high-frequency drive for spike driving into wooden sleepers in process of repair and reconstruction of railway track superstructure. Spike driver comprises high-frequency electric motor, two handles on body, geared cylindrical two-stage reducer, crank-slider mechanism, shock-absorbing device and working tool. Spike driver is additionally equipped with two thermoswitches and duotan inserts. Value of striker mass is accepted under condition of equality of 0.016-0.021 (with average value of 0.0185) of its weight force ratio to force of atmospheric air pressure at it. Value of hollow length of chamber in spike driver shaft is accepted under condition of equality of 0.015-0.025 (with average value of 0.02) of ratio of highest work of striker weight force at full length of chamber to required energy of its shock, and value of slider-piston motion circular frequency is accepted under condition of equality of 200-215 ( with average value of 207) of ratio of its conventional acceleration to acceleration of gravity.
EFFECT: increased convenience and safety of work operation with the help of spike driver and increase of its efficiency due to reduction of its mass and vibration activity and increased energy of shock by improvement of layout and design and optimisation of its parametres.
