SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to determine blood antibiotics content by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). There is disclosed method of penicillin antibiotics extraction from blood plasma involving adsorption of analyte, dissolved in phosphate buffer on sorbent C18 and elution with acetonitrile. The method implies that one portion of water and 7 portions of chloroform are added to one part of eluate, mixed, centrifugated at 3000 g for 5 min. The upper aqueous layer is sampled for the following analysis.

EFFECT: higher accuracy, speed and reproducibility, and reduction of labour input for the applied method.
