FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. Invention represents a method of producing tylosis culture hemlock spotted (Conium maculatum L), which includes planting of seeds in sterile soil cultivation of intact plants for 1-2 months with intensity 150 mqM quanta/m2 with extraction of explants 3-4 weeks of age, sterilisation in 70 % alcohol for 30 s and in 0.1 % mercuric chloride for 4 minutes, placing of pieces of stem with length of 1.5-2 cm on agarized Murashige and Skoog medium without adding hormones on 7-10 days for control of sterility, extraction of callus and fit in the culture vessels with a nutrient medium MS with addition of growth NCA and 6-BAP under laminar box, wherein tylosis is planted at age of 30 days, and cultivation of tylosis tissue is performed at 26±1 °C with 70 % moisture content in darkness, then sprouts is transferred on 6 weeks on agarized Murashige and Skoog medium with addition of 1.5-2.5 mg/l of 2-4 D (2.4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid) and 0.3-0.8 mg/l of BAP (6-benzylaminopurine) for producing callus.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain callus culture of poison parsley.
