SUBSTANCE: method of oil composition preparation containing mixing of cold-pressed amaranth seeds oil with other vegetable oil produced by preliminary mixing of whole amaranth flour or amaranth cake left after cold-pressing oil production with other oil-containing raw material prepared for pressing. sunflowers and/or soya beans, and/or crucials (mustard and/or rape), and/or holy thistle, and/or corn germs, and/or sesame seeds, and/or drupaceous (grapes and/or apricots kernels), and/or peanuts, and/or pumpkin seeds, and/or wheat germs, and/or cedar nuts, or with its mixture, after that cold pressing is performed at maximum 40°C, after tat obtained oil is maturated or filtered, after that packed. All components are taken in certain proportion.
EFFECT: invention allows to obtain oil composition with balanced fatty acid content; it contains vitamin E, carotenoid, squalene; it has highbiological value and improved treatment-and-prophylactic properties, promotes improved metabolism including lipid exchange in human body.
