FIELD: medicine; dentistry.

SUBSTANCE: device contains a control unit coupled with a temperature sensor, interchangeable applicators in-cut connected with a heat conductor with a central and external coolant passage and connected to a thermoregulation unit including a master and reference liquid cooler and a thermoelectric module and fitted with the heat exchanger and a compressor connected to a coolant tank. The master liquid cooler is being in thermal contact with the first thermojunctions, while the reference liquid cooler is being in thermal contact with the reference thermojunctions. The heat conductor is attached to the thermoregulation unit by a gasket and a lock nut and comprises three embedded silicone pipes. Thus the pipe of the central coolant passage connected to the master liquid cooler is wound around with a wool thread in equal pitch with a stretched second pipe thereon and the third pipe thereover forming the external passage connected to the reference liquid cooler. The interchangeable applicator consists of two parts made of titanium-coated copper. It comprises an exposure head and disturbed flow surfaces in the form of Archimedes's screw with a central through hole. The interchangeable applicator is connected to thread ring fuel line and a joint scaling strip. The temperature sensor is mounted at the output of the master liquid cooler.
