FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has heat exchange unit manufactured from material possessing heat conductivity assembled from three parts. The device is designed as hollow cylinder heat exchange unit. The device has system for varying transfusion means temperature as a battery of thermoelectric units and automatic temperature control and adjustment unit with temperature pickups. Spiral groove is milled on the internal surface of the hollow cylinder. A cylinder composed of two parts is tightly mounted inside it. A groove is milled on its surface and in the plane of longitudinal diametric cut. The groove corresponds to hollow diameter groove so that a single use blood transfusion tube is mountable in them.
