FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: proposed ultrasound device comprises resonance probe with proximal and distal ends, casing, waveguide fixed to said casing to accommodate said proximal end, multiple piezo electric ceramic elements arranged in aforesaid casing, catching mechanism to allow partial disconnection of resonance probe from waveguide, and free weight arranged to move on resonance probe.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of drilling thanks to combination of sound and ultrasound vibrations.
