FIELD: acoustics.

SUBSTANCE: ultrasound system contains a means for generation of ultrasound micro-oscillations; a waveguide connected to the generation means, while the waveguide is made with the possibility of partial bending; a working element connected to a stationary node of a waveguide bend, so that bending micro-oscillations are transmitted by the waveguide to the working element in the form of alternating torsional or bending micro-oscillations. The generation means contains an ultrasound converter located coaxially with a predominant direction (Z) of the waveguide. A distal section of the specified waveguide is extended along a direction defining Z or D. The working element is connected to the stationary node of the waveguide bend, extended along a direction defining a secondary or tertiary axis. An axis Z or D of the waveguide and the secondary or tertiary axis are perpendicular and intersecting, and they define a single plane P or S. The axis D of the waveguide and the secondary or tertiary axis (Y or X) intersect each other and form an angle from 85 degrees to 125 degrees, and the specified axes Y or X, Z, D of the working element, the generation means, and the waveguide are in the same plane.

EFFECT: possibility of creation of bending, torsional oscillations with high amplitudes.
