FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgical and orthopedic dentistry, and can be used for dental prosthetics of patients with partial or complete absence of teeth. Dental implant consists of the intraosseous and supragingival parts. Intraosseous part is represented by an apical and a precervical part, the apical part has a thread with a triangular profile with angle of 45 degrees and pitch of 0.4 mm, and the precervical part is in the form of a truncated cone with a multistart rounded thread in the direction from the supragingival part to the apical end. Supragingival part of the implant is made in the form of a truncated cone coinciding with the implant axis, with an angle at the vertex of cone of 6 degrees. There is a circular round shoulder with width of 0.5 mm, having angle of 135 degrees, at the point of transition of the intraosseous and supragingival parts. Monolithic implant is made by casting from nano-sized alloy containing in at%: Ti 71.0–74.0, Nb 19.0–23.0, Ta and/or Zr 4.0–9.0.
EFFECT: invention provides uniform pressure in the cortical and spongy bone layers with stable fixation of the implant, creation of dosed bone tissue compression, uniform load distribution and increase of primary fixation force of the implant.
