FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically dentistry, and is intended for use in implantation after irreversible processes of bone tissue resorption. For implantation is used a collapsible dental implant, made of volumetric nanostructured titanium, consisting of intraosseous part with length 8-16 mm, diameter of 3.5 mm to 6.0 mm, taper 0-3-5-7 degrees, comprising an apical part of length from 4.8 to 9.6 mm and an intermediate part of length from 3.2 mm to 6.4 mm. On surface there is a thread, which is conic relative to its cavity. Apical part has a hexagonal hole, in base of which there is a blind threaded hole with diameter from 0.5 to 1.1 mm, for apical retainer screw of length from 2.4 to 4.8 mm, diameter of cap from 0.9 to 1.5 mm, providing connection of apical and intermediate parts of implant. Intermediate part has a hexagonal hole, in base of which there is a through hole with diameter from 1.2 to 2 mm, having in upper part a thread extending to apical part. Through shaft of intermediate part there is an apical locking screw. Abutment standard or customised by means of retainer screw No. 1, length of 1.6-3.2 mm, cap diameter 1.6 to 2.4 mm, is connected to intermediate part. Mating surfaces of apical part, intermediate part, abutment have taper joint. Abutment with artificial crown is connected crown retainer screw. After bone tissue resorption, disconnection by means of a screwdriver of intermediate part with preservation of apical part in jaw bone, abutment is connected with apical part by means of retainer screw No. 2, length of 2.4 to 4.8 mm, cap diameter 1.6 to 2.4 mm.
EFFECT: due to use of collapsible implant, invention enables, after implantation and irreversible bone tissue resorption, to detach from osteointegrated apical part intermediate part and to use apical part for fixation of abutment and dental prosthesis.
