SUBSTANCE: method for growth of muscle bulk and improvement of strength properties includes definition of limit weight and exercising movements with periodic increase and decrease of weight. Limit weight is defined as n-multiple to value of weight available to trainee, where n is number of exercise repetitions with a certain weight, which is within the limits from 5 to 20, training starts with weight that makes half of limit weight, and movements are exercised with gradual increase of weight and simultaneous reduction of sessions number. After each increase of weight achieved for the first time, previous weight is returned with simultaneous increase of sessions number, to obtain weight that exceeds limit weight.
EFFECT: invention provides for increase of both muscle bulk hypertrophy and maximum strength of muscles.
