FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method versions include a diet with the amount of proteins, fats and carbohydrates in the daily rate of 1.5-2 g of protein per 1 kg of body weight, 0.8-1.5 g of fat per 1 kg of body weight, 1.5-2.5 g of carbohydrates per 1 kg of body weight, and exercises including training in three stages: initial exercise (IE), adaptation (A), compensation (C). At the IE stage, one aerobic exercise, eight anaerobic exercises are performed subsequently by 2-4 approaches, with a rest time of 1-2 minutes between them, one aerobic exercise. At the A stage: one aerobic exercise, five anaerobic superapproaches (SA) consisting of 4-6 approaches, with a rest time of 1-2 minutes between them, one aerobic exercise. At the C stage: one aerobic exercise, five anaerobic SA consisting of 4-6 approaches with a rest time of 1-2 minutes between them, at that, interval aerobic exercise (IAE) is performed after each anaerobic SA, completed with one aerobic exercise. IAE is performed for 3-5 minutes, depending on the patient's level of preparation with a ratio of work/rest intervals of 1/3 in the first week and change of the ratio by 1/2, 1/1, 2/1 every 2-3 weeks, provided that the pulse frequency is not higher than 85% of the maximum. The amount of kilograms raised per a workout - the training tonnage - is increased from the IE stage to the C stage. Method versions with the said diet include consistent implementation of exercises. Version 1: one aerobic, eight anaerobic exercises, 2-6 approaches with a rest time of 1-2 minutes between them, completed with one aerobic exercise. Version 2: one aerobic exercise, five anaerobic SA consisting of 4-6 approaches with a rest time of 1-2 minutes between them, at that, IAE is performed after each anaerobic SA, completed with one aerobic exercise. Version 3: one aerobic exercise, five anaerobic SA consisting of 4-6 approaches with a rest time of 1-2 minutes between them, completed with one aerobic exercise.
EFFECT: effective reduction in patient's body weight, decreased body size regardless of the age, weight and physical fitness, decreased intensity of pain in the back, in major joints.
