SUBSTANCE: invention refers to improvement of process of coating application. Method of particles intrusion into product surface is characterised by the following: products and particles are placed in rotary drum provided with at least one outlet, length (L) and diametre (D), and at least one blade, at that by means of ratio between length and diametre of drum (L/D), speed of rotation and drum angle, impact action on products and particles is ensured, at that drum content rises and then falls down thus resulting in intrusion of particles into products or products coating with preliminary applied coating, besides formed clumps of particles and products break down.
EFFECT: products of higher quality with fewer defects.
