FIELD: building industry and mining.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with vibrating and vibroimpact machines used in building industry and mining. The reverse flow valve with the separate shut-off mechanisms is installed on the differential piston dividing a cavity of the body into two chambers. The first of which is used for feeding in it of an operation medium from a source, and the second chamber is connected to a channel located in the reverse flow valve, and with the open air - through a channel, located in the differential piston. The reverse flow valve alternately shuts one of the mentioned channels and opens the other due to interaction with the butts of the body. In the second alternative this action is made due to interaction with the butt of the body at the end of a direct run and a pressure decrease in the second chamber with respect to the first one at the end of the reverse run. The flexible diaphragms may be installed for sealing the chambers. To decrease a pressure in the second chamber in respect of the first chamber in the case the body does not have flexible diaphragms on its lateral walls at the end of a reverse run in the second chamber there are apertures connecting the second chamber with an open air, in the case of the flexible diaphragms are not available - the apertures are made in the flexible diaphragms. The technical result is simplicity of the vibroexciter design and an expanded range of production of vibration and vibroimpact actions.
EFFECT: the invention ensures simplicity of the vibroexciter design and an expanded range of production of vibration and vibroimpact actions.
