FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to machine building and may be used for bending of annular parts with complex shape of perimetre, in particular for restoration of rake teeth shape. Method includes heating, surface plastic deformation and cooling. At the same time teeth are bent by rollers in direction that is opposite to direction of loading in process of tooth operation. Heating, surface-plastic deformation and bending of teeth is done simultaneously and continuously-serially along perimetre of restored teeth, and teeth bending is done in direction to centre of specified tooth shape building by value ΔR, which is calculated depending on radius of tooth curvature and angle of rollers location in each tooth section heated between them.
EFFECT: expansion of technological resources, more accurate bending of rake teeth with exhausted resource.
