FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in repair of defect sections in soldered structures, mostly intended for operation in oxidising gas of high temperature and pressure. After cleaning and previous heating, at the border of defect section, a weld bed is arranged by method of argon-arc welding of solder wire to produce a thickened section. After cooling and cleaning of produced weld bed, soldered layer is formed with separate weld beds by means of argon-arc burner arc action at solder wire. Each further weld bed is created by melting of the previous weld bed and introduction of solder wire into its melt until the whole surface of defect section is completely soldered. Melt used as solder wire material is close in its physical-chemical properties to according properties of metal of structure with defect area and has melt temperature below melt temperature of soldered structure solder.
EFFECT: reliable restoration of soldered metal structure and possibility to use it in power installation.
