METHOD OF ERECTING PILED FOUNDATION DESIGNED FOR HIGH LOADS Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC E02D5/48

Abstract RU 2375521 C1

FIELD: construction industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to construction industry, especially in constraint environment, namely to elements and methods of solid erection of elements of buildings and constructions, and namely reinforced-concrete piled foundations designed for high loads. Method of erecting piled foundation designed for high loads involves submersion of metal casing pipe, formation of conductor by fixing the system of removable horizontal and vertical aligning hydraulic jacks on metal casing pipe. Formation of well under cover of bentonite slurry with embedding in weakly fractured limestones, replacement of dirty bentonite slurry by freshly prepared one with removal of boring mud from well bottom. Formation of pipe and reinforcement cage in the form of connection of pipe and reinforcement parts, installation of umbrella- device limiting the well level filled with concrete mixture approximately at the boundary where reinforcement cage is changed into pipe cage. Suspension of pipe and reinforcement cage above conductor with its reinforcement part directed downwards, vertical alignment and erection of pipe and reinforcement cage in the well with eccentricity compensation and attachment of gaps from walls and bottom of well by means of conductor. Installation of tremie pipe inside the cage and uninterrupted upward concreting of pipe and reinforcement cage and well bore under initial high concrete mixture supply pressure, pressure decrease at concrete mixture reaching umbrella-limiting device. Further concreting with reduced concrete mixture supply pressure and loss of concrete mixture supply when upper level of pipe part of pipe and reinforcement cage is reached. Removal of tremie pipe from well, filling of cavity between conductor and pipe part of the cage with coarse filler, temporary exposure of concrete monolith and removal of conductor.

EFFECT: simplifying technology and improving efficiency when installing piled foundation designed for high loads.
