FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction, in particular to the manufacturing technology of drilling reinforced concrete columns, and can be used to create pile foundations for underground and above ground multi-level buildings and structures for various purposes, including those erected in a semi-enclosed way in cramped conditions. Method of construction of the drill concrete column includes the formation of a well using a casing, the manufacture of the reinforcement cage of the column, the placement of the reinforcement cage of the column in the pipe. Casing pipe inclinometry is performed after drilling a well to the projected depth. Metal centralizers are welded to the pipe with the reinforcement cage of the column, wrapped in two layers of polyethylene, lowered into the casing, through the inner part of the reinforcement cage of the column, the concrete line is lowered and the concrete mix is placed with the accelerator setting to a height sufficient to fix the lower part of the reinforced concrete column. Raise the concrete pipe to a height of not more than the height of the concrete mix with the accelerator setting and stack the concrete mix with a retarder while raising the concrete pipe, embedded in the stackable mixture. Laid concrete mixture is kept up to a set of concrete mixture with an accelerator setting at the base of the column of minimum strength. Check the fixation of the reinforcement cage of the column and continue concreting to the design elevations while simultaneously removing the casing from the well and filling the annular space with a cement-sand mortar.
EFFECT: technical result consists in simplifying the method for erecting a drill concrete column and increasing productivity due to the absence of the need to center the reinforcement cage after lowering it in the casing.
